Lady Gaga cuppa fetches £46,000
The lots attracted 1,300 bids at a week-long charity auction in Japan.
The cup — bearing Gaga’s lipstick and autograph — was used at a news conference in Tokyo three months after the Japanese tsunami.
An inscription on it reads: “We pray for Japan.”
Proceeds from the auction, held by Yahoo Japan, will help young Japanese artists study in the US.
A crystal piano used by Japanese rocker Yoshiki fetched the top price at £85,000.
