Garnet Trade, a financial markets firm operating internationally, has struck a $2 million technology partnership with Eximus, aiming to bolster its technical backbone and upgrade the digital trading experience it offers clients. The deal spans work on Garnet Trade’s CRM platform alongside technology projects tied to Garnet Private, a trading front end being pitched as an alternative to MT5.
London, United Kingdom: With technology carrying ever greater weight in how trading is experienced and how operations run across the financial sector, Garnet Trade is stepping up its spending on tech.
Under the $2 million Eximus deal, the firm intends to assemble a better connected, more scalable and future-proof tech ecosystem covering both investor-facing digital tools and the operational systems behind the scenes.
The tie-up is framed as one of the central technology bets underpinning Garnet Trade’s plans for international growth.
Garnet Private Takes Centre Stage in the Tech Spend
Garnet Private sits among the headline elements of the deal.
Built in-house by Garnet Trade to give investors a distinct way of trading digitally, Garnet Private is slated to launch as a trading interface offering an alternative to MT5.
With Garnet Private, Garnet Trade wants to shape the digital gateway investors use to reach financial markets so that it reflects the firm’s own brand and technology roadmap.
Development work will concentrate on user experience, technical performance, system integrations and the ability to scale.
Rather than treating Garnet Private as just another trading front end, Garnet Trade regards it as a foundational piece of the wider digital ecosystem it intends to construct over the years ahead.
Deal Also Extends to the CRM Backbone
The Eximus partnership also puts significant focus on building out Garnet Trade’s CRM platform.
As part of the arrangement, the firm plans to upgrade the tech stack supporting investor relations and day-to-day operations, tighten the links between separate systems and put in place a more scalable architecture able to keep pace with rising operational demands.
Garnet Trade sees developing its client-facing digital interfaces in tandem with its back-office operational systems as a key pillar of its long-range technology plans.
Toni Jovanovski Says the Deal Is a Bet on the Firm’s Digital Future
Toni Jovanovski, CEO of Garnet Trade, said the $2 million Eximus deal goes beyond simply upgrading the firm’s current technical infrastructure, calling it a significant milestone in Garnet Trade’s long-term push towards digital transformation.
Speaking about the deal, Jovanovski said:
“We do not view our $2 million agreement with Eximus as simply a technology investment. Through this partnership, we aim to build the foundation for Garnet Trade’s next phase of digital transformation. From our CRM systems to Garnet Private, we want to create a more integrated, scalable and adaptable digital ecosystem across every point where our investors interact with Garnet Trade.”
Jovanovski observed that rivalry in the financial sector is now shaped not just by what companies sell but also by the underlying tech and user experience powering those offerings.
“Technology is no longer simply a supporting element in financial services; it has become a fundamental part of the user experience. For this reason, we are developing our technological infrastructure not only around today’s requirements, but also with the scale we aim to achieve in the future in mind. Garnet Private will be one of the most important projects reflecting this approach.”
A Scalable Tech Foundation for Global Expansion
Garnet Trade frames the Eximus agreement as one element of a long-range technology roadmap built to serve the firm’s ambitions for international growth.
The firm argues that as its footprint widens into new markets, the capacity of its tech infrastructure to scale in step will play a significant role in delivering sustainable growth in the financial sector.
Consistent with that approach, Garnet Trade intends to keep putting money into its digital infrastructure, with Garnet Private, CRM systems, system integrations and trading technology as the main priorities.
CEO Toni Jovanovski further stressed that the firm’s global expansion goals and tech investment will keep advancing side by side, as Garnet Trade looks to build infrastructure engineered not just for present needs but for the scale it plans to reach.
For Garnet Trade, the $2 million Eximus deal marks a meaningful step towards a proprietary digital ecosystem, broader spending on trading technology and a sturdier, more scalable technical foundation for its international operations.
